Topps Tiles shutting 23 stores as part of cost-cutting measures

It's sad news for shoppers, as Topps Tiles has announced it's closing 23 of its stores across the country. We'll be keeping an eye on whether our local Keighley branch is affected by these cost-cutting measures.
